Financial Aid Forms

Completed financial aid forms and other documentation can be submitted to our office by visiting www.rit.edu/aid/upload. The purpose of this site is to protect your privacy and confidential information. We do not accept any forms or documentation via email. If you choose not to upload your forms or documentation through the secure uploader, you can mail forms and documentation to our office.

Change of Enrollment Form  - 2022-2023 eServices will be available mid-December 2021.
Submit an RIT Change of Enrollment Form electronically by logging into your eServices account; once there select the Financial Aid and Scholarships tab located in the left-side navigation bar, then scroll to the Useful Links section.

Federal Direct Parent Loan for Undergraduate Student (PLUS) - Application can be completed beginning mid-April 2022. A link will be accessible at that time.

Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan - Application can be completed beginning mid-April 2022. A link will be accessible at that time.
